At Eddie’s BBQ, our journey began in 2023. Passionate owner Ed Rubin turns love for outdoor cooking into savory Southern BBQ. Every dish reflects tradition, excellence, and local flavors.

We are a local family business that strives to serve quality Southern-style BBQ with all your favorite sides. Our mission is to make the best BBQ at affordable prices. If we won’t eat it, it won’t be served.
Our BBQ meats are smoked low & slow, with real wood, typically overnight for the best flavor and tenderness.
Eddie’s BBQ officially started in May of 2023. Owner/operator Ed Rubin has enjoyed cooking since he was six years old. Following his passion for BBQ, smoking meats, and outdoor cooking, Ed purchased his first competition smoker in the summer of 2020.

Our BBQ recipes have both traditional and European Influences and have been developed using local food sources, rubs, and sauces.
At Eddie’s BBQ, we operate our own custom-built Licensed Food Truck (Trailer) and offer a full Catering Menu for all your events. Our current catering capacity is from 20 to 180 guests and will grow throughout 2024. We also make charcuterie items, including bacon, jerky, sausage, and our special Ed’s Bratwurst.
